Global Care Solutions maintains transparent policies so customers clearly understand all purchase terms before buying any Health Plan.

All Health Plans are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is successful and plan activation is complete.

No refund is available for non-usage, partial usage, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, change of mind, or personal/foreseen/unforeseen reasons. Even completely unused plans remain non-refundable.

By completing payment, customers acknowledge they have read and accepted this policy and waive post-activation refund claims except where required by applicable law.

Although refunds are not permitted, customers may continue to use all eligible benefits during the active validity period of their Health Plan.

Support remains available for bookings, benefit guidance, and related queries to help customers maximize plan value.

This policy is enforced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any legally mandated exception is handled as required by law.
